On the back end, we integrate with common practice systems to synchronize patient lists and outreach.

The patient enters through the partner's branded portal. Intake forms, consent, ID verification, and payment are captured inside the platform.
A licensed clinician reviews the intake, history, and any relevant labs. Clinical decisions and prescriptions, where appropriate, are made by the clinician.
Patient-specific prescriptions are routed to a 503A pharmacy in the Atumnus network for compounding and shipment.
The patient receives access to the partner's branded protocol builder app — scheduling, messaging, refills, results, and follow-up live inside it.
Ongoing co-management, refill cycles, messaging, and protocol adjustments happen inside the platform under the partner's brand.
You decide program design, branding, patient pricing, and clinical authority. Atumnus operates the 503A pharmacy network, EMR, HIPAA infrastructure, state-by-state e-prescribing, payment processing, and the compliance layer.
You receive a unique QR code linked to your practice. Place it anywhere — lobby, treatment room, events, referral offices, marketing collateral. A patient scans, lands on your co-branded OceanicScore page, completes intake, sees their score, and is presented with programs that prominently feature your services.
All of this runs on HIPAA-aligned handling, standard clinical and consent workflows, and configurable routing logic that respects your licensure and scope.
